Furthermore, there are several cases of radiation accident and incident or emergencies involving radioactive sources happened worldwide, either lost, stolen, sabotage and malicious act, which led to overexposure of members of the public, radiation workers as well as to the emergency response team. Therefore, it is mandatory for the operators and first responders to have appropriate training to deal with such incident.

This course is typically provided to oil and gas operators and other workers who deal with NORM/TENORM found in radioactive waste or such, and others who need to understand the risks of working around NORM/TENORM residue found in sludge and etc.
